Yes. When a scheduled patient payment is missed or a card fails, ScoutIQ follows up by text, email or mail on the rules you set, retries the card, and posts the payment to Dolphin when it comes in.
Not yet. ScoutIQ AI connects to Dolphin Management today, and Dolphin Cloud is not supported yet. A system ScoutIQ does not support is usually added in 2 to 3 weeks, so tell us if your practice runs it.
No. Dolphin keeps scheduling, charting and treatment records. ScoutIQ works alongside it: payments land in Dolphin on their own, and the front desk has nothing new to learn.
